STAGES OF THE INTERVIEW

1. The submission of the application

Send us your CV application and cover letter in response to the published job opening

2. Pre-selection

Your application will be verified with the requirements set out in the job opening and submitted to your future supervisor for approval.

3. A Phone Call

At this stage, we contact the selected candidates in order to ask any questions you may have about your application and invite you to an in-person meeting

4. Meeting and decision

You will be invited to a meeting with a potential supervisor. Depending on the position you are applying for, an additional person authorised by the President may be involved in the meeting. During the meeting you will receive additional information about the company, the culture of the entire organisation and the position. We will talk to you about your professional experience, qualifications, achievements, predispositions, motivation and expectations. After completing the selection process, we will inform you about the decision made. If it is positive, you will be invited to another meeting to discuss the terms and conditions of employment and sign the employment contract.
